We appreciate your business and aim to provide 100% customers service!

You may return any unopened Belly Band product after 28 days of purchase. 

The Belly Band is a registered TGA medical device. They are worn, against the skin and in the hospital on post-operative wounds. Therefore we have to abide by health and safety standards of personal hygiene products (similar to underwear). And unable to provide a refund or exchange on open or worn garments.

* In the event that your garment has a manufacturing fault please contact us asap and we will organise a replacement.

    Size Exchange:

    Please check the size of the garment on the packaging before opening, if you have made a mistake or our team have sent the incorrect item, please contact us and we can organise a size exchange for you asap.

    Refunds Process:

    Please ensure that you have followed the return policy guidelines as we do not wish to refuse a refund for opened items.

    Please include original receipt and we recommend using a tracking service to ensure we receive your parcel.

    Once your return is received and inspected and approved refunds will be processed and deposited into the original method of payment, less any shipping and restocking fee within a 3 business day.

    Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:

    • Belly Bands will cover return shipping charges for any Damaged, faulty or wrong items sent to the customer.  
    • Customer will be responsible to ship the item back to Belly Bands for size exchange or change of mind refunds.
    • Change of mind purchases will incur a $9.95 restocking fee and less any original shipping cost excluding Free Shipping.
